Getting to Naxos
By Sea:

Naxos has around six to eight ferry / fast boat / catamaran connections per day with Piraeus in summer (2-3 in winter). The island has also frequent connections with Paros, Mykonos, Syros, Ios, Santorini, Amorgos, Small Cyclades (Iraklia, Schinoussa, Koufonissi, Donoussa), Sikinos, Folegandros, Samos, Ikaria. Less frequent connections include Astypalaia, Rhodes, Kos, Milos.

By Air:
There are one or two flights per day to / from Athens International Airport (flight time is 30 minutes). There are also 3-4 charter flights from Austria. Nearest international airports are in Santorini and Mykonos islands.

To / from the airport:

There is no shuttle bus, but buses to Agios Prokopios Beach, Agia Anna, Plaka pass close by.

Bus:
Frequent buses tun from Agios Prokopios, Agia Anna and Plaka to Naxos Town. Buses also serve Halki (Tragea), Filoti, Apeiranthos, Koronos, Apollon, Melanes, Potamia, Moutsouna and the southwestern beaches (Mikri Vigla, Kastraki, Pyrgaki).

Car, Motorbike and Bicycle:
You can rent cars, motorbikes, bicycles and all-terrain-vehicles.

Taxi:
There are plenty of taxis available in Naxos Island. Taxi station is also available in Agios Prokopios.
